Me: “There are a lot of pauses between your responses, buddy. Just call me when you’re done playing.”

Boyfriend: “No! I want to talk to you.”

Me: “Well, you’re not paying attention.”

Boyfriend: “I can!”

Me: “If that were possible, Call of Duty wouldn’t have such a bad reputation of making boyfriends ignore girlfriends.”

Boyfriend: “Uh…oh, what?”

Me: “See?”

Boyfriend: “No! I can do it! I WILL BE THE ONE!”
